http://www.ausubaru.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4919For those who don't know the off-road racing class structure, classes 7 & 8 are for 4WD vehicles up to 6 litre engine capacity. Class 7 is for stock 4WDs and class 8 is for modified ones. In the CAMS manual, the limit to class 7 modifications take up 2 pages. For class 8 it's just under half a page.
I especially like this phrase-:
"The original shape of the body must be from a series production four-wheel drive automobile..."
Thats about the only restriction to class 8.
So now I have to strip it and send it off to have the cage put in.
